BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Monthly household income must be 3x the monthly rent.
2. Background includes: credit, criminal, and eviction records.
3. Active bankruptcies - applicant will be denied.
4. Money owed to landlords or utilities - applicant will be denied.
5. Depending on your credit profile, a double security deposit may be required.
6. Guarantors are not accepted.
7. Renter's Insurance is required on all properties. Rogers Property Management must be listed as an additional insured.

SERVICE ANIMALS, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS, AND PETS
Management must be advised in writing at the time of completing the application if any animal or pet will be in the home. Service animals or emotional support animals are only for those individuals who require additional support or services due to a disability. Management will provide the applicant with a request for an accommodation form. Once management has received the completed document, they will review and either approve or deny the accommodation request. Our decision to allow pets or not is based on the individual property owner; restrictions may apply. Pet Fee: $250 | Pet Rent $20/month per pet. | Photo of pet / animal is required. | Vet records are required.
